To provide you with dynamic assessments and strategic analysis reports, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account & Registration Data: When you create an account or start a 3-day free trial, we collect basic identifying information (e.g., your email address and encrypted password).
• Psychometric & Assessment Data: When you interact with our PAAP matrix, we collect your responses, decision latency, and cognitive patterns. This is required to generate the DMVR variant profile.
• Billing & Subscription Data: If you subscribe to the Strategic Intelligence Pass, our secure third-party payment processor will collect your billing details. 16Trait never stores your full credit card number on our servers.
• Technical & Edge Node Data: To ensure global serverless edge computing rendering speed, we process basic connection data required for load balancing (e.g., IP address, device type, browser language).

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly under the principles of Zero-Knowledge Architecture. Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Algorithmic Processing: Using edge semantic engines to dynamically assess your cognitive energy distribution and stress adaptation.
• Service Delivery: Securely delivering and updating your personal dashboard and strategic analysis reports.
• Account Management: Processing your trial, managing annual subscriptions, and facilitating instant cancellation processes.
• Scientific Research (De-identified): To comply with open knowledge initiatives, response data will be fully de-identified to calibrate cultural biases in the PAAP algorithm. Your personal identity is never linked to research data.

3. Our "Zero" Promise: Data Sharing & Third Parties

We strongly oppose the commercial pop-psychology model of "commodifying traffic":

• Zero Advertisers: We will never sell, rent, or trade your psychometric or personal data to ad networks or data brokers.
• Zero Third-Party Trackers: We do not embed cross-site tracking pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel or Google Analytics advertising features) to monitor your behavior outside of 16Trait.
• Essential Service Providers: We only share necessary data with strictly vetted infrastructure partners (e.g., secure cloud hosts and payment gateways) who are legally bound by our extreme privacy standards.

(Note: 16Trait is a strategic organizational psychology tool, not a clinical psychiatric instrument. Therefore, your data is not classified as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA regulations, although we use equally rigorous encryption to protect it.)

Regardless of your location, 16Trait empowers all users with the following fundamental rights:

• Right of Access: View your complete DMVR profile and account data through your dashboard at any time.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request the complete deletion of your account and psychometric data. Upon deletion, raw data is wiped from active edge nodes, and residual data is irreversibly anonymized.
• Right to Rectification: You can update your account details directly in your profile settings.
• Right to Data Portability: You can request a secure export of your assessment results and profile data.

6. Data Security & Edge Architecture

We implement top-tier security measures within our Zero-Knowledge Trust Center:

• Encryption in Transit: Your psychometric inputs are strictly encrypted both in transit and at rest.
• Serverless Edge Deployment: Utilizing decentralized edge computing (from Silicon Valley to Tokyo) to eliminate contextual data silos and reduce the risk of centralized server hacks.

7. Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active, or as necessary to provide you with the Strategic Intelligence Pass services.

If you cancel your subscription, your account will revert to free status, retaining your core data so you can log in and access basic results at any time. If you wish to completely clear all footprints, you can contact our support team at any time to request a full deletion of your account and all data.
