1. System Limitations & Boundary Declarations

16Trait is designed to translate theoretical psychology into applied behavioral strategy for modern professional and relational ecosystems. However, we maintain strict boundaries regarding the capabilities of our tools:

• Not Clinical Advice: 16Trait is explicitly not a clinical psychiatric or medical diagnostic tool. It is not calibrated to identify, treat, or assess mental health pathology.
• Organizational Use Only: The DMVR framework and its associated outputs are strictly designed as organizational psychology and strategic cognitive instruments overseen by our Research Team.

2. 3-Day Evaluation & Billing Protocol

We hide nothing. All 16 base archetype reports are fully public and free to read. You subscribe specifically to access the structured assessment architecture (PAAP Matrix) designed for precision routing.

• The 72-Hour Free Trial: You may start your assessment and explore the dynamic dashboard completely free for 3 days ($0 today). The countdown begins the exact minute you complete registration.
• Day 4 Auto-Renewal: If you do not cancel before the 72 hours expire, your card will automatically be charged $89.99 for a 1-year subscription.
• Ongoing Access: Because human personality expression is dynamic, this annual pass allows you to re-test periodically, track cognitive trajectories, and deploy ecosystem testing across your network.

3. Cancellation & Non-Refundable Policy

We provide full control over your subscription through our automated dashboard.

Self-Serve Cancellation

Cancellation is immediate and requires zero human contact. To avoid charges, you must cancel within your 3-day evaluation window. Simply log into your 16Trait account, navigate to "My Profile" > "Billing & Subscription", and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Strictly Non-Refundable

Because the 16Trait Premium Report is a digital good that is instantly and fully delivered the moment you start your trial, the 3-day (72-hour) free period serves as your sole evaluation window. Processing the annual subscription on Day 4 indicates complete consumption of the proprietary intelligence. Therefore, no refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be accommodated post-trial.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All methodologies, algorithmic engines, and proprietary frameworks available on the platform are the exclusive property of 16Trait.

• Proprietary Frameworks: The 16Trait.com Meta-Variant System™ (DMVR) and Predictive Anti-Anomalous Pattern (PAAP) framework are protected intellectual property.
• Usage Restrictions: You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to utilize your dashboard and reports. You may not scrape, commercially redistribute, or reverse-engineer our semantic routing algorithms or edge-computing architectures.
